Lesson # 1
Hey you, why do you workout? ……. General health, performance, better life, leaner look, social, it’s the right thing to do, my friend does it, I need to feel better, I want to look better, makes me feel good, etc. The next time you go to the gym and you’re warming up, ask yourself. Why am I here? If the answer isn’t sounding positive, leave and come back the next day. We are a pattern of repetitions, so why feed the mind with negative energy and then give it negative mental repetitions on top of it. Your workouts need to be a positive experience and you need to feed it with as many positive repetitions as possible. Not to say, self discipline is easy,,,, but think of it as mental discipline is apart of the workout and every time your feeling or thinking negatively about the gym situation. This new mindset will be the difference between results and failure. Perception is reality, right?
